Dr. Deepika Khurana

About

Dr. Deepika Khurana is a core Laboratorian with over 18 years of working in clinical laboratories. She has completed her MBBS degree from Govt. Medical College Jammu and did her MD in Laboratory Medicine from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

There after she has done molecular project with sanction from DST, GOI on Lamivudine mutations in Chronic hepatitis patients. She has worked in hematology, clinical pathology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, molecular departments during her work tenure in the department of Laboratory Medicine at AIIMS.

She has worked as part time consultant in laboratory medicine in CDL, New Delhi. She has worked as Laboratory head in Diagomet Lab Pvt Ltd (NABL accredited lab), New Delhi. Her fields of interest are hematology, clinical pathology, quality control, microbiology and molecular techniques. She has also written medical articles for Springer Healthcare (Medwire news and Diapride app). Her other interests also include medical teaching, conducting workshops, and research.
